All organizations that are determined to be secret societies will be illegal.

A "secret society" will be defined as any group that conceals its inner functioning and activities from non-members.

Public knowledge of an organization does not prevent the organization from being classified as a secret society.

Example of secret societies will include but are not limited to: the Freemasons, Skull & Bones, Hermetic Order of The Golden Dawn, The Bilderberg Group, and Opus Dei.

The Committee for State Security will be given the power and responsibility to determine which groups will be classified as secret societies.

If a group is determined to be a secret society then the Committee for State Security will be responsible for investigating said group, discovering its leaders and members, and finally arresting the members and leaders of the secret society so they can be punished.

Punishment for creating a secret society will be a High Crime.

Punishment for leading a secret society will be a High Crime.

Punishment for membership in a secret society will be a Low Crime.
