Be it resolved that:

[list=1][*]All land that is currently held by private individuals will become the official property of the State.
[*]Any individual who pledges to work their land for agricultural produce will be granted a plot of land that is approximately 20 square feet in which to grow their produce with the direction of the State in line with stated production goals.
[*]Multiple individuals may band together to form co-operatives that will have increased production that will be granted additional benefits in the form of an extra 20 square foot plot for the collective as a whole on top of the individual plots granted to each individual in the co-operative
[list=a][*]Co-operative must be registered with the People's Commissariat for Agriculture as a co-operative and regularly update the People's Commissariat every month on the projected production of the co-operative.[/list]
[*]Produce that is harvested above the stated quota will become the property of the individual or co-operative that is operating the land.
[list=a][*]Extra produce may not be sold and is to be used only for personal consumption or to be given as gifts.[/list][/list]
All the votes have been cast in favor and the bill passes
