It shall henceforth be illegal for anyone under the age of fifteen to be employed in the Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland. Anyone under the age of 15 who desires to be employed must obtain permission to be employed from the Committee for Labour. Anyone under the age of 15 wishing to be employed must show that they are actively attending school. Anyone under the age of 15 who wishes to be employed and is not actively attending school will not be permitted to work and will instead be directed to a local educational representative to be enrolled in school.
