Decree on Free Assembly - Yatesman - 27-02-2012
Citizens will be permitted full rights to assemble peaceably. The Worker's Militia will not be permitted to arrest citizens gathered in groups unless they present a clear threat to peace and order. Any member of the Worker's Militia that is found illegally dispersing a group will be stripped of their position and will be mandated to attend an educational course on civil liberties.
