Be it resolved:

[list=1][*]The People's Armed Defence Forces will be comprised of the following branches:
[list][*]People's Revolutionary Army
[*]People's Air Defence Force
[*]People's Naval Defence Force[/list]
[*]Each branch will have a separate administration for their particular branch.
[*]All branches of the People's Armed Defence Forces will fall under the administration of the People's Commissariat for Defence.
[*]Any citizen may be conscripted into the People's Armed Defence Forces.
[list=a][*]Conscription will be regulated by the People's Commissariat for Defence.
[*]Conscription will last for a period no less than six (6) months and no longer than two (2) years.[/list]
