[b][u]Decree on Appointments to the Supreme People's Congress[/u][/b]
[list=1][*]The Premier, in conjunction with the Secretary General and the Political Bureau of the Communist Party, shall be empowered to appoint Communist Party members to the Supreme People's Congress in order to fill vacant seats in the aforementioned body.
[*]The Premier will not be permitted to unseat already elected or appointed Congresspeople.
[*]The Supreme People's Congress may veto appointments made by the Premier with a two-thirds majority of all Congresspeople.
[*]Appointed congresspeople will be required to run for re-election just like regular congresspeople at the end of the legislative term.
[*]For all practical purposes, upon being appointed and appointed congressperson will have all the rights, privileges, and duties of a regularly elected congressperson.[/list]
