Calling for Constitutional Convention

Since we now have an actual system by which we can track citizenship in each Republic (through the banking system and required residency reporting), I propose that we re-write Article One of our constitution to allow for proportional representation of each Republic. This will allow a more realistic way of representing our citizens in elections. I hope that the Supreme People's Congress follows up my request with a bill that will validate the re-writing of this part of our Constitution.
