[b][u]Decree on the Recently Passed Constitutional Amendments[/u][/b]
Considering the voting on the recently adopted constitutional amendments both in the Supreme People's Congress and the Political Bureau, I decree that no open vote of all citizens shall be required. We have 7 citizens currently; 5 are in the Supreme People's Congress and 5 in the Political Bureau. There is significant overlap between the two but overall between these two bodies six of our seven citizens are represented. All of these six citizens voted yes and it can be inferred that since they support the amendments in the first place, that they will approve them in an open vote. As such it would be unnecessary for us to host a full vote. The new constitutional amendments are therefore immediately adopted.
