Executive Decree on Inactive Citizens
#1
Due to the extremely low activity recently the government will hereby enact a policy to remove inactive citizens from the nation. Any citizen that does not actively participate on this forum will have their forum account deleted. "Active Participation" shall be defined as a minimum of 1 post per week. Accounts that do not register at least one post per week will be promptly deleted. A citizen may, however, rejoin the forum and retain their citizenship.

Any citizen that does not actively participate for two consecutive weeks will be placed on probation. While on probation the citizen will not be permitted to receive any government assistance that requires forum access. To be taken off of probation a citizen must show active participation for two consecutive weeks. Any citizen that is does not actively participate for two consecutive weeks while on probation will have their forum account deleted.

Citizens may still always retain their citizenship regardless of their forum status but citizens without forum memberships will be restricted in the possible range of activities available to them.

Citizens may petition the central government to have their account placed on hold if they expect to be absent from the forum for an extended period of time to ensure that their account is not deleted. Holds must be announced before the beginning of the absence, a reason must be given for the absence, and a rough estimate of the length of the absence should be given. The government reserves the right to deny giving a citizen a hold on their forum account for any reason. If the government feels that a hold is not justified, or that the hold is to exist for a period of time that is deemed excessive, or that the absence is considerably longer than the length stated in the hold petition, then the hold my be removed and the account in question may be deleted.
