We are scheduled to build 6 underground mining complexes. These will require us to dig to a significant depth, carve out tunnels, place struts to prevent collapses, an then move the mining equipment into the mine.
Each mine will require at least 150,000 work-hours to complete making our goal for all mines to be at 900,000 work-hours. This means that in order to complete all of the mining complexes we will require 23 eight-hour work shifts and no hold-ups.
Because of the potentially dangerous nature of this work each worker will be paid a wage of 1 ruble per hour worked. Workers will be paid weekly with the pay period beginning on Wednesday and ending on Tuesday. Workers will receive their payment on Wednesday at 1200 Central Time Zone (North America)
The foreman for this project will be Nathaniel Yates. Our deadline for completion of this project is to be no later than December 20th.
