Stepping Down
#1
I have decided to step down as Secretary General of the Communist Party. This decision has been made in order to allow a more equitable distribution of power amongst the various active citizens of the DPRoK. Comrade Leon Ulyanov has been chosen by the Political Bureau to take my place. I hope that you will all welcome him into his new position.

Know that this does not mean that I will become inactive. I have just been overwhelmed with work at college and as such I need to reduce my necessary involvement in the DPRoK to ensure that my possible inactivity doesn't hamper all levels of government.
