Decree on Youh Organizations

[list][*]Citizens or nationals under the age of 25 and above the age of 6 must be members of a youth organization.
[*]There will be three separate organizations based on the age of the citizen or national in question.
[*]Citizens ages 6 to 12 will be members of the Children's Communist Educational Organization.
[list][*]The Children's Communist League will focus on educating young children on the values of communism and the evils of capitalism. The focus will be on child-friendly activities that have an educational message

[*]Citizens ages 13 to 18 will be members of the Young Communist League.
[list][*]The Young Communist League will focus on teaching teenagers the values of worker organizing and communist values. The focus will be on organizing rallies and other activities in communities alongside educational activities.

[*]Citizens ages 19 to 25 will be members of the Young Communist Party or the Communist Students League depending on their educational choices after secondary education.
[list][*]The Young Communist Party will be made of those citizens who do not continue on to post-secondary education or who have finished post-secondary education. The Young Communist Party will be a part of the larger Communist Party of Kirkland. The Young Communist Party will focus on getting young adults involved in the Communist Party and fostering a desire to be active in politics.
[*]The Communist Students League will be made of those citizens who continue on to post-secondary education. Citizens may only be in this organization so long as they are actively enrolled in an institution of higher education. The Communist Students League will focus on fostering communist intellectualism and student organizing.

[*]Each of these organizations will be overseen by the Communist Party of Kirkland but will retain their own internal control.
[*]Each organization will be required to write a constitution that will govern their organization. These constitutions must be approved by the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Kirkland.
