The following will be adopted as the First One-Year Plan. These objectives are to be striven towards with all the effort of the State to be completed by the 28th of October, 2012.

[*]Expand the total citizen population of the DPRoK to 20 citizens
[*]Expand the duties and powers of the Premier
[*]Expand the role of the Communist Party in both the government and society of the DPRoK
[*]Expand awareness of the DPRoK in the micronational community
[*]Establish economic and social protections for the Proletariat
[*]Establish a system of free education
[*]Establish a system of land distribution
[*]Establish an effective system of free healthcare for citizens
[*]Encourage citizens to grow their own organic produce
[*]Establish laws that will protect society from counter-revolutionary forces
[*]Ensure all citizens have access to fundamentally imporant Marxist texts
[*]Remove all influences of organized religion from society while guaranteeing the continued free practice of religion
[*]successfully abolish traditional business within Kirkland and replaces corporations and similar entities with cooperatives and/or State Owned Enterprises[/list]
