Commissioning of Awards

Be it resolved that the following be the list of awards to be given out by the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Kirkland. The awards are divided between military and civilian awards. Awards shared by both are also listed. The lists are in hierarchical order with the most prestigious awards being at the top of the lists. Awards shared by both lists are to be considered as being above the awards that may only be given to one group. These awards may be awarded both to individuals and to collectives (ie cities, factories, military units, etc.) unless otherwise stated.
